Lynne Drysdale Patterson is a well-recognized, award-winning singer/songwriter, cookbook author, and conference speaker whose songs have been recorded on Grammy and Dove Award-winning records by artists including Ricky Skaggs, Greater Vision, Lord Song, and more.
Lynne's grandfather, Hilleary Arthur Brown, headed the Philadelphia office of ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers); her great-grandparents were traveling minstrels. She is president and co-owner of In His Name Music Publishing.
Lynne is the author of Feasts of Israel Cookbook: A Messianic Explanation and Culinary Celebration of the Biblical Feasts and has appeared on a variety of local and national television programs and networks as a performing songwriter, cookbook author, and guest chef.
Her new book Taproots of Tennessee: Historic Sites and Timeless Recipes based on her award-winning song Trails of Tennessee—as recognized by The Tennessee General Assembly—will be released by University of Tennessee Press in 2019.
Lynne maintains a full schedule speaking at women’s retreats and events throughout Tennessee and across the country. She is a member of The Fort Nashborough Chapter of The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR.) |
